Recently a colleague bought a present and wanted a box of some kind, I offered to make one. I haven't been actively showing my crafting especially at work so thought it was a good opportunity to do so.
I had no specific brief so was free to do what I wanted. I had decided on a design as soon as I had mentioned making one so inspiration came instantly.
The idea was a card box and to cover the top with butterflies. That was my initial design.
When I came to make the box I changed a few ideas but overall it came together well.
I have got a new design for a box which looks easier to make, I will do a test and will post it up when done and if anyone wants instructions just request and I will do a post.
